A little history …

AgriLab started producing soil samplers a few years ago. First, the company specialists used imported equipment for soil sampling. But given the peculiarities of the Ukrainian soil conditions, it had to be refined, improved, adapted …

Every year, the number of companies that wanted to conduct an agrochemical approbation in their fields – and the need for samplers – increased. “Buy expensive equipment and then spend time, effort and money to improve it? It is illogical! ”- So AgriLab thought and decided to create their own sampler.

AgriLab has accumulated a wide range of requirements for soil sampling equipment while working in different fields, in different regions, under different conditions.

1. Comfort. Our operators work with samplers daily rather than several hours a week. Therefore, the automatic samplers created by AgriLab are almost silent, no “jingle”, “rumble” or “tapping” prevents professionals from working.
2. Convenience. AgriLab works in different parts of the country and sometimes business trips are long. And then in the car with the sampler should also be placed, for example, “spare parts”, fuel or other things. And this when considering their samplers – also taken into account: when transporting equipment “lies” on the rear frame, and in the bodywork of the pickup – there is free space where you can carry, for example, samples or fuel.
3. Efficiency. Soil sampling is only the first stage of agrodiagnosis. And sooner it is completed, the faster the farmer will get the result. In addition, often the weather forces to “accelerate”. Every second counts. AgriLab samplers have a sampling rate of 7 seconds on solid soil.

1. Endurance. Plowing, deep plowing or disking? It doesn’t matter to AgriLab samplers, they work safely everywhere. Samplers are adapted to different soil types and soil conditions. In addition, the sampling box is closed and therefore protected.
2. Precision and automatic soil sampling control system. AgriLab equipment sampling depth is 30 cm. Each sample receives a barcode and is tracked online. The automaticity of the selection process and the control system avoids the influence of the “human factor” and eliminates the possibility of error, since the analysis must be accurate and it begins with sampling.

Initially, the company manufactured soil sampling equipment for its own use, but later it was in demand in the foreign market.
