Farm “Yatran” in Kirovohrad Region is one of the few farms in Ukraine to have implemented precision farming technologies in a comprehensive and systematic way.
Together with AgriLab, the farm conducted comprehensive field agro-diagnostics and implemented variable-rate fertilizer application. Hryhorii Voitenko, Head of Yatran Farm, shared the project results with UA: Pershyi TV channel.

“We traveled to the United States. I also took part in an agricultural tour in Canada, where I spoke with local farmers. We saw how they operate, and when I returned home, we decided to modernize our machinery fleet and immediately switch to precision farming technologies… Under conventional farming practices, gross revenue per hectare is UAH 30,000–32,000. Today, by using precision farming technologies, we can achieve UAH 45,000 per hectare.”
