The specialists of AgriLab have installed GPS-monitoring systems at Family Garden. The farm equipped with sensors to control the movement of technology and the use of fuel for tractors of the brand Komatsu, New Holland and MTZ.

How was the equipment for GPS-monitoring installated? Initially, specialists installed fuel level sensors and trackers. With their help, it is possible to determine whether the technique is used – on the route, and fuel – by appointment.

After that, they carried out tare tanks: the portions poured fuel into the tank and recorded the corresponding parameters of the sensor. Then they put this data into the program, in order for the system to understand what indicator of the sensor corresponds to one or another litrage. For tanks of tanks, a reference meter, a fuel pump, and a high precision counter were used.

The final stage is familiarization with the work of the web-system. AgriLab specialists showed the leader of “Fаmily Garden” Ltd how information about the movement of equipment, the level of fuel, how to choose the type of notification about critical factors is displayed. Data on fuel showers, speeding, etc. will be sent to mobile phone.

A project to install a GPS monitoring system on two tractors was completed within one business day. The total of six units of equipment was rebuilt at the farm.

The decision to install the GPS monitoring system was commented by Ivan Shkavron, head of the Family Garden company: “In order for the company to work efficiently, every process, including the targeted use of equipment and fuel, must be monitored. So we decided to install GPS technology. Specialists of AgriLab quickly completed the required work”.

GPS monitoring systems allow you to get reliable information about the use of equipment, calculate the volume of work performed and adhere to the high-speed mode, as well – in the on-line mode to control the simple transport. Any violations, critical factors, such as heavy fuel storms, will receive sms and e-mail messages from the head of the company. The result of installing GPS equipment is the optimization of transport logistics and significant fuel economy.
