Students received awards by forming a personal brand

January 14, 2019, the awarding of the finalists of the IV All-Ukrainian competition “Best agrarian practice 2018” was conducting.

The award ceremony took place at the head office of AgroGeneration. Iryna Nakonechna, PR-director of AgroGeneration, said that the agroholding company has experience in communicating with agrarian educational institutions in Ukraine.

Interestingly, the main request was for obtaining applied information regarding analytical and economic trends. Practice in KVS-UKRAINE

The Standing Partner of the contest KVS-UKRAINE provided the opportunity for Danil Chemerys from the Mohyliv-Podilsky Technological and Economic College, Mykola Grunenko from the Sectoral Unit “Slavic Technical College of the Lugansk National Agrarian University” and Igor Danchuk from the Borshchiv Agro-Technical College to practice at a complex of air conditioning of corn seeds in the city of Kamyanets-Podilsky.

This year DroneUA Company supported the competition for the first time and provided certificates for training in the field of “UAV operator” with the possibility of further employment for the three finalists. These lucky ones are Ihor Danchuk from Borshchiv Agricultural College, Eugene Braga from Kharkiv National Agrarian University of V. Dokuchaev and Andriy Bezverky from Zhytomyr Agrotechnical College.

“Our company, for its part, work on the development of the agrarian sector and wants to see people who can work with innovative technologies here. Therefore, we want to teach students, to familiarize them with the latest innovations from the world of technologies. We have a belief in the company should raise professionals from the university, and we are committed to do this – we teach and share our experience. Money for the development

The Association “Ukrainian Agribusiness Club” (UCAB) provided a gift certificate of UAH 5,000 for the development of Ivan Dimchin from the Vinnytsia National Agrarian University and Sergey Plis from Novochortoriysky State Agrarian Technical College.

Elena Kovtun, Deputy of General Director on Cooperation with Agricultural Universities and Academic Institutions of UCAB, said that she is watching the contest “Best Agricultural Practice” for the fourth year in a row and at first had some skepticism about how students would shoot video and make work.

“I was surprised how modern students are creative, and that 125 works have been received this year. Due to their initiative and indifference, students won the opportunity to practice at international agrarian companies or study with the possibility of employment, which can serve as a good start for further career growth. And you always need to use all the possibilities, “says Olena Kovtun.

iPad for victory

Andrew Bezverkhyi the student of the Zhytomyr Agro-technical College won the competition.

Andrew admitted that at first he was hesitating to take part in the competition, because he did not believe he could win.

“I didn’t even think I could become a winner, but then decided to test my strength, mount the video and apply for the contest,” says Andriy Bezverkyi. – In my opinion, I succeeded in gaining victory due to people who believed and supported me. I want to thank the organizers and partners of the contest, as well as those who voted for me. ”

As a gift, the winner received an Apple tablet from the main partner – the company AgriLab.

Oksana Karpenchuk  the Head of Marketing at AgriLab said that the company is happy to support young talents and embody certain projects in the field of agro-education.

“We have great expectations for young professionals who use the tablet from a childhood, who easily perceives innovations, understands the effectiveness of modern approaches, precision farming technologies. The first step of our company in attracting and supporting students was the AgriStart training project, created in 2017 in partnership with NUBiN. It was a program for precise farming with practical classes. Last year, the magistracy began to operate on the basis of the course, and 15 students are already study in the direction of precision agriculture “, – Oksana Karpenchuk commented.

Tha Head of Marketing of AgriLab LLC hopes that the students who took part in the “Best Agrarian Practice 2018” contest will inspire further training, to reach more, learn about modern technologies and subsequently implement them on the fields of agrocompanies of Ukraine.

Creative Awards

All finalists of the competition were grateful for the participation and presentation of creative ideas in the competition.

In addition, Agroexpert presented the annual subscription to the magazine to the finalists of the contest, and a collection of specialized agrarian literature to the winner.

“I am very impressed with the fact that practice for students has great importance and they really work at the enterprises, acquire new skills and experience. And I think the students who took part in the competition are on the right way. These young people, convinced, are lucky; they are talented and creative, because thousands of people voted for their work. This indicates that they are already successful and have a good start to their career “, – says Olga Sidorenko, director of the Agroexpert magazine.

For reference: the competition was launched to find out firsthand how students imagine their manufacturing practice, whether they help them with this knowledge acquired in educational institutions, and with what luggage they want to return to the institutions.

In 2018, the editorial staff of AgroPortal.ua received 125 video applications from 35 agrarian educational institutions of all levels of accreditation. The most active were students of the Company’s School of Veterinary Medicine, Nikolayev National Agrarian University, Borshchiv Agro-technical College, Kharkiv National Agrarian University of V.Dokuchaev and Vinnitsa National Agrarian University.

The main partner of the competition was AgriLab. The competition also supported DroneUA and KVS-UKRAINE, the Ukrainian Agribusiness Club (UCAB) and the NMC “Agro-Education”.
