A unique solution to increase profitability

How to reduce production costs and increase profitability? There is a proven solution that has been used by leading agricultural holdings and private farmers for more than 5 years. It is a complex field expertise.

What is a complex field expertise?

It is a method for determining the effective field potential based on an analysis of its various properties and the ratio of characteristics. As a result of this, an individual “recipe” is developed for each field to increase the efficiency of resource use.

The main stages of the integrated complex field expertise of the field:

Stage 1: Automatic soil sampling with GPS

For sampling, automatic samplers with GPS reference to the coordinate point are used. The selection grid depends on the goal and task – someone uses a 10 or 5-hectare grid, and someone uses a 1 hectare.

Stage 2: Comprehensive Agrochemical Soil Analysis

Agrochemical analysis is carried out by a set of indicators – macro, meso, micro elements: pH, pH buffer, soluble salts, organic matter, mineral nitrogen (nitrates + ammonium), phosphorus, boron, the sum of cations, potassium, calcium, magnesium, sodium, sulfur, zinc, iron, manganese, copper, and also the particle size distribution is additionally determined. Soil analysis is carried out in the laboratory WARD (USA) – a laboratory with a worldwide reputation in the field of agrochemical analysis.

The soil type, hardness and other indicators are also taken into account.

Stage 3: Field History and Critical Factors

What crop rotation was in this field? What fertilizers were applied?

Stage 4: Agrochemical Cartograms

Cartograms are developed for each agrochemical indicator. They show the level of supply with nutrition in each section of the field.

Stage 5: Analysis of weather and climate data

When developing a nutrition supply system, it is very important to consider weather and climate data. And especially now, when the climate is changing, and traditional “zoning” is a thing of the past.

Step 6: Determining the Effective Field Potential

The main goal in agribusiness is not the highest productivity, but high profitability. You can get record yields. But the costs will also be “record.” So is there any point? There are opposite cases when farms “underestimate” the potential of their field and receive less crop. Integrated agricultural diagnostics allows you to determine the level of productivity that will allow you to get the maximum profit.

Stage 7: Recommendations

Specialists develop recommendations under a planned and effective yield. The recommendations indicate not only what and how much to contribute, but also how and during what period.

In addition, the farmer gets access to the MyAgriLab system, where at any time he can view all the protocols, cartograms, recommendations also he can analyze the situation on the field.

Result:

An individual solution for each field according to the nutrition system. The recommendations indicate not only the norms of fertilizers, but also the optimal time and methods of their application.

Reducing production risks and preserving soil fertility. Analysis of all possible factors: from soil type to climate, allows you to get around a lot of “sharp corners” without extra costs.

Decision for several years. It is enough for agro-diagnostics to be carried out once every 3 years.

The agrodiagnostics algorithm from the AgriLab has been proven to be effective on more than 1,000,000 hectares in different regions of Ukraine. Nowadays, agricultural field diagnostics from AgriLab is also actively used by farmers in Kazakhstan.
