“AgriLab specialists will not recommend fertilizers application at a yield of 12 t / ha if the guaranteed potential of the growing zone is only 8 t/ha of corn. We think, that this is a really professional approach, ” -Sergey Krasnovsky, product manager of KWS, once said in an interview. Today, participants of the National Field Day, which is organized by KWS in the Kharkiv region.

To select the optimal maize hybrid we should take into account the peculiarities of its cultivation: ground, weather and climatic conditions, crop rotation etc. Based on the results of the analysis of these factors, it is possible to create an effective fertilization system.

Last year KWS decided to analyze the reaction of corn hybrid for different fertilizer rates. The first step in the experiment was a detailed soil analysis, which was done by AgriLab.

“After analyzing the specifics of companies, that specialized in agrochemical soil analyzes in Ukraine, we settled on AgriLab. This choice was due to the fact, that the company also gives recommendations, taking into account the weather conditions and the field potential, but not only soil analysis” said Sergey Krasnovsky.

AgriLab specialists analized the soil and developed recommendations for partner farms of KWS, one of which was LLC “LAN” in Kharkiv Region. Today, the results of this cooperation was represented to participants of the National Field Day , which KWS organized on the LLC “Lan” basis.
