On November 30th, with the support of AgriLab, an annual awarding ceremony of the most successful farmers was held – “Agrarian Olympus-2017″. The tradition of this event was initiated by the VAR. In total, more than 300 representatives of agribusinesses were present. The event was attended by representatives of the EBRD, FAO, the embassies of Germany, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, France, the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Transport of Ukraine and the Ministry of Agrarian Policy. They handed awards to 220 agricultural companies.
Olga Trofimtseva, Deputy Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine, noted: “Agrarians are a creative force. As for me, today agribusiness are the most creative industry. We are already heading for a record $ 18 billion in agricultural exports. I hope that such news will be about the livestock industry. We already see some signs of growth. I think that everything will be fine here. You create not only a product, you create an atmosphere of confidence in the state in yourself. And that is very important. I feel this power at the talks. I would like you to believe that the country, the state, the agrarian ministry are changing. I personally promise, that farmers will always be the basis for success, so that the agro-industrial complex is a creative foundation and a base for our statehood. “
It is gratifying that among the enterprises that received the awards from the VAR this day, there were many clients of AgriLab, who introduce innovations and prove that the future of agribusiness is in precision agriculture.
Yaroslav Boyko, CEO of AgriLab, said: “Every year there are more and more companies, that are beginning to systematically implement precision agriculture. Increasing the resources makes agrarians think about optimizing their using, and an increase in the cost of renting over time will significantly accelerate the process of implementing precise technologies. Agrarians, who innovate today are laying a solid foundation for successful development and confidence in tomorrow. “
